At Bongaroo, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making your purchase.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if you simply decide you no longer want the product.

Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your Bongaroo arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Email us at admin@bongaroo.au and include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the fault or damage.

We may ask you to return the item for inspection before a refund, replacement, or repair is approved.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights apply in addition to this policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or changed as orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to assist.
