BONGAROO PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
The Bongaroo is a novelty party accessory intended for responsible adult use only.

Alcohol Responsibility
Bongaroo PTY LTD is not responsible for alcohol consumption, overconsumption, intoxication, or any related effects.
Any person consuming alcohol while using the Bongaroo does so voluntarily and entirely at their own risk.
Intended Use
The Bongaroo is intended for use with beer or similar beverages only.
Do not use with spirits, hazardous substances, or any liquids not intended for safe human consumption.
Age Restriction
The Bongaroo is strictly for use by individuals of legal drinking age in their country or region (e.g. 21+ in the USA, 18+ in Australia).
Underage individuals may only use the Bongaroo with non-alcoholic beverages such as water or juice.
No Modification
The Bongaroo must not be modified, altered, or tampered with in any way.
Any modifications void all responsibility from Bongaroo PTY LTD.
Health & Hygiene
Bongaroo PTY LTD is not responsible for illness, injury, or health issues resulting from improper cleaning or sanitation.
Users are responsible for thoroughly cleaning the product before and after use, especially when shared.
Assumption of Risk
Use of the Bongaroo is entirely at your own risk.
Bongaroo PTY LTD is not liable for any injury, illness, damage, loss, or legal consequences resulting from misuse, unsafe behaviour, or unlawful activity.
Limitation of Liability
By purchasing or using any product sold by Bongaroo PTY LTD, you agree to release Bongaroo PTY LTD and all affiliated parties from any and all liability related to misuse, injury, intoxication, illness, property damage, or failure to follow safety instructions.
Improper use may result in damage to the product or personal injury. Always use responsibly and only as intended.
Transfer of Responsibility
If you sell, gift, or transfer a Bongaroo product to another person, you are responsible for ensuring they are aware of and agree to these terms.
Common Sense Clause (Keep It Fun, Not Stupid)
Don’t be reckless. Don’t pressure others. Know your limits.
The Bongaroo is about having a good time — not causing harm.
