Consumer Guarantees
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:
Is faulty or not of acceptable quality.
Does not match the description or sample shown.
Fails to be fit for its intended purpose.
Has a major fault, allowing you to choose a refund or replacement.
Has a minor fault, where we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Note: Consumer guarantees do not apply if you simply change your mind, misuse the product, or were aware of the fault before purchase.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of BONGAROO PTY LTD’s website (www.bongaroo.au) and purchases made through it. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these terms, which comply with the ACL and ACCC regulations.
1. General
BONGAROO PTY LTD reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Orders and Payments
All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
BONGAROO PTY LTD accepts Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal through our online store portal. Payment must be completed before dispatch.
We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier issues) will be communicated promptly.
If we cannot supply a product, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund within 7 business days.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
BONGAROO PTY LTD is not liable for delays caused by third parties (e.g., couriers), but we’ll work to resolve issues.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of receipt.
4. Consumer Guarantees
Our products come with ACL consumer guarantees (see Return Policy above).
BONGAROO PTY LTD does not exclude or limit these guarantees. Any warranty we offer is in addition to your ACL rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (e.g., images, logos, text) is owned by BONGAROO PTY LTD or our licensors and protected by copyright law. The name "Bongaroo" is a registered trademark owned by BONGAROO PTY LTD.

Our liability for breach of ACL guarantees is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product’s value.

These terms are governed by the laws of QUEENSLAND and the Commonwealth of Australia.
Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian law.
